The song’s guitar riffs, traditional drums, and percussion are accompanied by African harmonies and elements of country and soul music. “Jealous,” written and produced by Cracker Mallo, is about love and all of the feelings that go along with it. The “Jealous” music video’s visuals were overseen by director K.

Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps
On November 29, 2019, Fireboy DML released his first studio album, Laughter, Tears, and Goosebumps. Release day was previously set for November 25. The music on the CD is an R&B style that combines empirical composition with themes of love and societal issues. LTG has 13 tracks and no guest artists; three days after its debut, it received more than 6 million Spotify streams. Music critics gave it largely favorable reviews, however they criticized it for being called a “Afro-Life” record rather than an R&B album. The previously released singles “Jealous,” “What If I Say,” and “King” served as LTG’s foundation. The song “Vibration” was a favorite of the audience.
